Lovely bud vase, with blue glaze detail on the top part of the body of the vase and a neutral colour matt glaze on the bottom of the vase.
Made with a lovely off white stoneware clay which peeks through on the bottom of the vase where the glaze is not covering the clay.
The inside has a strong white tin glaze which is lovely and shiny and keeps the inside watertight.
Fired twice, bisque and then high fired.
Use for a small bunch of flowers, dried or fresh.
measures 13.5cm high by 7cm at the base in diameter, the top hole where the flowers go into is 3.5cm in diameter.
Makers mark SP on the underside of the vase.
Sent in lots of protective biodegradable wrapping, with a Royal Mail tracked service.
