Lovely bud vase, with blue glaze detail all over the vase, little design elements are visible with a darker blue glaze showing through.
Made with a lovely off white stoneware clay which peeks through on the bottom of the vase where the glaze is not covering the clay.
The inside has a strong white tin glaze which is lovely and shiny and keeps the inside watertight.
Fired twice, bisque and then high fired.
Use for a small bunch of flowers, dried or fresh.
measures 14.5cm high by 14cm at the widest part of the vase, the top hole where the flowers go into is 4cm in diameter.
Makers mark SP on the underside of the vase.
Sent in lots of protective biodegradable wrapping, with a Royal Mail tracked service.
